Essential Sessions

Essential Sessions Studios is teaming up with Twin Cities Internet Radio to provide live streaming shows from our studio. Tune in for further notices or email Brad to be notified of performances.

Essential Sessions has once again teamed up with Youth Express.  The class met twice before going into the studio to lay down the tracks. The class was taught by Mike Swoop, a student at McNally Smith college.

Essential Sessions had an opportunity to record a live performance of Headspace. They perform every Monday at the Artists’ Quarter in St. Paul MN.
